Default Extreme Z Hatch Mat

Has anyone seen one of these Motorsport auto Extreme Z hatch mats actually in a 370Z in person. I have to get rid of that hatch blanket I got at delivery. It fits so poorly, even though I've ironed out most of the hills and ridges in it that remained from it being rolled up during shipment. I'm wondering if the Extreme Z hatch mat is also loose fitting and inexact like the Nissan hatch blanket or if it is neat fitting and flat like the one that comes with the car. Can't tell from the picture and the verbal description from the order taker is not as reliable as what one of us enthusiasts would observe. The big red Z on the Motorsport Auto extreme hatch mat will match the ones on the floormats I bought from them and is just too hard to resist---if it fits neatly.

I bought it, but am waiting until Spring to put it in the car (dirty shovel back there now). I like the overall look, but the stitching is not as full or high quality as I would have liked. The rest of the mat features, though, look great...

my OEM Z logo mat fits almost perfect in the hatch, no problems here.

No matter what I try, I still get ridges and bumps and an uneven fit from the OEM Z logo mat. I've had books on it overnight, rolled it backwards, put in a warm room all night--- did everything short of hypnosis. It just seems that it wasn't styled to lay as nice and neat as the original one underneath. Pictures I've seen displaying it are imperfect as well, possibly because of its thickness.I'm hoping the Extreme model, with that nice red Z, will fit like the one that comes with the car and look beautful, as well.

Thanks for the tip. The darned thing cost over $100 and it would be nice if it looked good. Appreciate your courteous and helpful response.

I guess I need to try this as well. Mine fits like "oldguy's", lumpy from how it was shipped/stored .......... looks cheap.
