The morons who knock on NASCAR have absolutely no clue what it's about. I think if they ever got the chance to really take a look at wtf it's like sliding one of those things through a corner at 170 mph a few inches away from another car they might change their tune!

And my guess is the people who hate on drag racing have never even gone out and tried it!

That was always my big joke.. throw a right turn in and they freak out. I always wanted to watch Madden sports announce a race.. lol

Yeah a friend of mine explained a lot of the strategy to it just last year. I give it some credit and really haven't had as huge a gripe with it but I still rather watch F1...

And screwing with Nascar fans can still be fun.. regardless of any strategy. They always destroyed the town.. garbage freaking everywhere.. fuckin slobs

Well I watch both with an equal passion. It's tough because I have to deal with elitist F1 fans who don't acknowledge any series BUT F1. Pisses me off. :shakes head:

The same thing with NASCAR... I have to deal with morons who think F1 cars drive themselves. :shakes head:

Yeah but the two Daytona races probably bring in a few hundred million bucks into the local and state economy. People get paid to clean up...

And it's not like F1 races are any better -- the places get just as dirty and the fans just as drunk!

Yeah, actually a lot of the times the jobs got handed out to college kids.. we'd also serve beer at the races.. that wasn't too bad a gig.. lol
