With the 40th Anniversary 370Z estimated to cost around $38,000 and the Nismo priced $1,000 more which one would you choose?

Nismo's are available every year but a 40th is only available for one year.

Yep. it is a lot rarer than the nismo.

It comes down to what you want more.
~Anniversary - Luxury, with rare/unique colors (Wheels, calipers, body)
~Nismo - Sporty, non-luxury Z, with upgrade performance/suspension parts

If you are going to ask which will be more rare, the anniversary will be.

What's so special about the 40th? As far as I can tell they paint your calipers red and give you some red stitching, am I missing something?

form follows function, so nismo. i agree with the above post. the 40th anniversary is just some caliper paint, red stitching, a few nameplates, and gray colour.

Of course there is still the debate of whether or not the nismo is actually faster

Depends what your using the car for I suppose but I'd rather have the Nismo. I'd like to see the 40th interior though, silver with Red interior has always been one of my favorites but it has to be the right car.

Yes, It is a 40th Edition Z, so unless you know the history of the Z for you is just another car.

Well if you are going to keep it then is going to be special as a collectible. Or maybe a die hard Z fan.

Plus for sure the 40th edition will some special Identification code!
