Nismo's are available every year but a 40th is only available for one year.

It comes down to what you want more.
~Anniversary - Luxury, with rare/unique colors (Wheels, calipers, body) ~Nismo - Sporty, non-luxury Z, with upgrade performance/suspension parts If you are going to ask which will be more rare, the anniversary will be.

form follows function, so nismo. i agree with the above post. the 40th anniversary is just some caliper paint, red stitching, a few nameplates, and gray colour.

Depends what your using the car for I suppose but I'd rather have the Nismo. I'd like to see the 40th interior though, silver with Red interior has always been one of my favorites but it has to be the right car.
