TSB Thread?

Spoke with my dealer about the hatch springs for the third time now. With the spring TSB, they finally agreed to order the springs without seeing the car. Then I got a call a few days later saying the springs are backordered and it will be a few weeks. Sigh....

but that should tell them that its a bad problem if there arent any out there. Thats one thing I really hate about nissan is the cheap way they fight everything that requires a warranty fix. now they will call like crazy to say Im due a service and set one up since I have to pay.

Let me ask the dealers on here, when there is a TSB doesnt Nissan send it out to every dealership or atleast have a database they can look on?
