Has anyone used a clear bra for your Z?
 

I want to get a clear bra for my Z.

I've been quoted $490 for the entire front bumper and $190 for the partial hood.
I have a black color so they told me the line is hard to see. They recommend i do partial hood only. Honest, yes?

Are the prices reasonable?

Have you guys had any dings or scratches on your doors?

I'm thinking of getting the clear bras for both doors too. but at $350 per door, that has to wait.

The price sounds about right.
I had my headlights done after having MRworks install runway leds'. 20mm is used, which gives max. protection.
8mm is what's normally used for the body, and frankly the protection is minimal. I've had it done with other vehicles and still get rock chips, and yes, there's a visible line on the hood unless the car's dust free..

I had mine done. That's about right if also includes the Painted portion of the mirrors. If its done right its very hard to see. Check carefully for bubbles, as they later discolor and become visible. Also look into having it rolled under the hood etc. when feasible.

Get the clear bra. You'll be glad you did. I got full bumper, full hood, full side fenders. Your price is good as long as the person putting it on knows what they are doing and they back their work up.
