Can you order a Sports + Touring + Nav w/o Aero Pkg?

Today I was in the dealership trying to order a 370z Sports + Touring + Nav in Manual, but the salesman showed me that he has one exactly the same in the pipeline, had everything I wanted, except it doesn't come with the Aero Package? Instead it has the Nismo brake pads which invoice's price is pretty much the same. Of course I would much rather have the Aero package over that, but since they can't change the config of this car to include it because he said something about you can it comes configured this way from Nissan and it arrives sometime in April (next month), either I take it or leave it.

Now, my question is, I didn't think you can have a sports pkg without the Aero pkg, I thought it comes with it regardless, am I not correct? I really don't like the way the 370z look w/o a spoiler. At the same time, I don't mind using that money towards a Nismo spoiler.

So the Aero Pkg is just the Front Lower Chin + Rear Spoiler?
