Soul Function

Are they out of business? Bought up by someone else?

Website doesn't work. (domain is for sale) Most products on other vendors show discontinued or not available.

TIA

You're probably right

and it's interesting that today I just received an email from Z1 advertising these:
https://www.z1motorsports.com/suspen...91.html?m=370Z

I see they released the W and rear chassis brace. I could use a new set but getting them off will be fun considering my bolts are ground down.

Me too. It prompted me to ask about SF. I always wondered why SF didn't do something about the W brace and this rear chassis brace.

GK Tech makes a W brace. Mines installed and fits fine

Thats a nice looking unit. A lot diferent than the Z1 unit thats coming out, but no price yet. The Z1 will be aluminum. Machine to accept the rear brace but I think you can use the Z1 rear brace with this GK tech unit.

It's pretty beefy. If I remember right, when I weighed it, it came in at 20 lbs.

Which exhaust are you running? They had a reviewer on their website mention that it rubbed his/her exhaust but it wasn't mentioned which.

I have an HKS Hi Power. The reviewer is Glenn Raymond. He's a friend that lives in Australia. I can't remember what exhaust he has but I can find out if you'd like

Oooh I like that. Very slim. It looks like it has better clearance than OEM as well.

I'll confirm that as soon as I get my car back in a couple weeks :driving:

I can't understand. If one has an aftermarket exhaust, an the W brace clears it now, why wouldn't an aftermarket brace not clear it?

They would have to be substantially thicker, but that defeats the purpose of losing weight. The G tech doesn't appear any larger than OEM. The Z1 may be a bit thicker.

Is it a 3" exhaust?

I'm not sure either. I run a 2-1/2". I'm not sure what Glenn runs

Motordyne is 2.5 to the mid muffler, and 3 all the way back.
