morimoto headlight issues

so in feb 2022, i bought some morimoto headlights from concept z performance. my passenger headlight low beams and high beams both stopped working but the drls work. i have in contact with their customer support (morimotos have 5 years warranty) for a WHILE now and their warranty expert is still on his honey moon. I've called and it goes straight to voice mail, the guy emailing me has been responsive but really just getting me the run around. If this is an authorized dealer, what should i/can i do? i haven't been able to drive at night for a while now.

Warranty support for which company, CZP or Morimoto? If CZP, you should be able to go directly to Morimoto so long as you have proof you're the original buyer.

Dayum!! $1450... hope they take care of you! Keep us posted! I bought their tails..so far so good...

This is why I went with a projector lens swap > new headlights... wasn't fun - but for those interested: the morimoto d2s 5.0's are lightyears better than the stock projectors...

Morimoto has handled my warranty multiple times with some issues I experienced with their headlights. I believe I worked with Travis at them directly. All I had to do was supply the proof of purchase I had made through Z1. In total, I had 3 headlights replaced over a few years. They were always very quick.

In regards to your issue. It sounds almost exactly like the problem I had. My low beams or high beams would work sporadically. They replaced them and this continued. I recently purchased new pigtails off of eBay and re-spliced them. Issues went away.
