Bank 2 STFT is oscillating +5% - +25%

Hi, I am trying to find help and was wondering if anyone has run into this issue before? My Bank STFT is oscillating +5% - +25%. Also this issue only comes up during close loop. So I will give you a little run down of how i came across this issue....

Almost a year ago now I put on Top gun Rotrex supercharger kit so I had to replace my injectors and fuel pump. after getting everything on I went to Eugene to get tuned and after looking at the logs he said that it was unable to get tuned until I can fix this issue. I have done loads of research trying to find someone with this same problem found some similar issues but not exactly the same as mine. I have tried swapping injectors from bank to bank problem still stays on bank 2. does anyone know what could be causing this? I've had this kit on for almost a year and still haven't been able to take it out for a spring because of this issue and with spring around the corner I really want to get it fixed.

Smoke the intake, sounds to me like you have a vacuum leak. Now for the record I am not a mechanic just an enthusiast. GL
