I'm just merely prepping the OP of what is to come
OP, be advised, if you drive a manual, you may want to read up on the CSC issue thread and visit the ZSpeed site.

Just wait until it goes into limp diick mode, ice mode, fuel stave, or a blown rear diff bushing. He doesn't have to worry about the steering wheel lock.

Sure the car may be running 10°F hotter, and we can’t tell u why that’s happening. Regardless tho, 200°F is not too hot for oil in any way. You have nothing to worry about. When you get closer to 240°F +, then let’s talk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You're overthinking it and stressing yourself out. The temp you have is fine.

Take your car to the dealer ASAP and demand for the service manager to take the car apart and figure out why it’s doing this. Have them check that the cams are camming, rods are rodding, pistons are pissing, exhaust is exhausting. Don’t take “no” for an answer and tell them you will keep climbing the corporate ladder until you get the answer to your satisfaction. Take your dash cam also like you did for the oil change. Keep us posted.
