New owner, two topics. Does the shifting paddles enhance driving experience
In the “Z”? My Ricaro seat tends to squeak in back
When I do speed bumps accelerate. Will wD 40
Work wonders or is there another trick??

In my opinion yes. My Z is a 6spd manual but when I test drove an auto the paddles were enjoyable. Not sure about your question pertaining to the factory recaros I’d say give it a try if you believe it to be the culprit.

I think it's personal preference. I tried the new M2 with DCT shifter, which is probably the best flappy paddle on the market and it shifts amazing, lightning quick, smooth, etc.... but my manual 370z is what I prefer, as it simply has 3 pedals. Yes it's old, it's primitive, but it's 3 pedals and a 6 speed manual.
So imho - that's just down to personal preference.

YES!!! I love the paddles when I feel the need. The auto is great when just driving about. The car is near perfection....

This is personal preference. I had an A7 before switching to M6. IMO, the paddles do make it somewhat enjoyable but only when you’re high up in the RPMs. For normally driving, they were annoying.
