Dealer couldn’t fix issue
The dealer couldn’t fix, they say it’s the switch, the switch is brand new. Plus now my hvac goes from cold to blistering hot in one click. So upon reassembly, they didn’t plug something back in. Now I have to drive all the way back again. Plus my shift knob wasn’t screwed on, and the leather is damaged, and my CD is gone from my head unit.
At this point I’m angry, very sloppy service! WTF! This is why many despise the dealers!!
