Ideal wheel and tire size

Hey guys, new to the forum and learning about the best build ideas and sizings, Im curious on the best wheel and tire setup to run a daily, track and drag for our newly acquired 2017 370z the stocks 18s are decent but want to upgrade was even thinking 18s again but run a wide setup like a 18x10, curious on everyones input. Thanks alot
