Nah..That Steve is a youngster....
In Nc there are several provisions to the lemon law. Both # of attemps and days out of service. I'd seek legal advice at this point.. North Carolina Lemon Law This part is important: "This is extremely important. Without written notification to the manufacturer, you will not have a claim." The service manager at Crossroads Nissan called me today. They are going to install a third Longblock in my car. When I asked if it was possible to insure that the block was not from older inventory he replied that he could not. He continued to insist that his position was that Nissan should supply me with a new car. I am completly baffled as to why Nissan, with a car that has had numerous cases of high oil consumption and oil temperature issues cannot insure the quality of it's replacement parts??
