QuickJack

Has anyone had any success with the Quickjack car hoists? Reason being as i dont have enough room for a full 2 or 4 post jack hoist system.

Did you try searching?

It has some limitations but the convenience factor is off the charts. I think it's well received in general.

LOL, I would agree on the FI exhaust first then the quick jack. Although a man can't have too much ammo or guns he has plenty and the jack is a necessity for old frats!

I bought the BL-7000SLX last year at this time. Overkill for my Z but I use it to get my Explorer up in the air as well. It's been great.

Open box refurbished model for $956.00 from QuickJack website and comes with the standard one year product warranty: https://www.quickjack.com/refurbishe...lx-obox-refurb

Costco deal right now for $1199.99, but comes with four pinch weld blocks and two wall hangers: https://www.costco.com/quickjack-5,0...100666851.html

Both of them are the 5000lb SLX model, but depends on whether you want the pinch weld blocks and wall hangers for ~$244 more. Both also include free shipping, so you're just looking at the cost of the QuickJacks plus tax.

Also, they're coming out with a newer revised model in a couple months with same ground clearance, but will raise 3" higher than their current offerings. Depends on your needs I suppose. https://www.quickjack.com/tl/

That extra 3" means a lot to guys with big chests. I barely fit under JL's Z when helping him and Madwi installing the turbo.

Fire arms and ammo > car parts/jack. Think about it you have a regular jack and stands to do the work. However ammo and fire arms. . . Well, they can be used to protect the Z, protect you, protect the property and protect all things free;)
