How do I know if My car is tuned?

I just bought a 2012 Z and my cruise control doesn't work. I have seen they use the buttons for tunes. Could that be why its not working? thanks

First thing I'd check is the brake (and clutch if manual) pedal switches. Several threads about the switches on this site.

I also had this issue, and like Rusty and SouthArk said, I had an issue with my pedal switches. Check them out and go from there.
