Redline leather goods

Not sure if this belongs here or the interior/exterior but has anyone dealt with Redlinegoods ? I ordered a custom shift boot, ebrake cover, from them...well over 150$, around a week ago and can not get ahold of them for the life of me...my card has been charged, no confirmation email or anything is this normal for them and I'll be contacted when the item ships or what? I know I provided them with the right email as well as I am getting all of their promo emails

They seemed reputable from the reviews I had read but I am having second thoughts now and considering having my bank do a charge back

update-They finally got back to me, looks like all is well and it will be shipping sometime in the next week. Just struck me as odd they don't send any sort of confirmation of payment or anything but such as life. Looking forward to my new shift and ebrake boot

Hi Ion I have ordered item from them for other vehicles other than my Z I can vouch for them they are a reputable company for items for your Z. With this dreaded pandemic going on things may be tough for them like many businesses right now in the United States. Be patient I’m sure they will provide you with the item/s you purchased or a refund. They took a while to email me back.

They are extremely reputable. I order from them regulary for my e brake boots. The boots ship from Poland. I always ship via Fedex and I receive my boots within 2 weeks.

Got mine on ebay in a week for much less coin. Full grain leather, perfect stitch color match.

I've ordered pre-pandemic and shipped via fedex. Came on time as they suggested.

Mine came in today, curious though did yours come with pre-punched holes as shown in their install guide? Mine has none  if not what did you use to punch the holes?

I believe it was blank. I placed boot inside the console cover and pressed it against the locator pins. In otherwords, I worked from inside out. The pins made an impression on the leather and I punched out accordingly.

I used these: https://www.amazon.ca/Leather-KangTe...13056678&psc=1

You can also use this style: https://www.amazon.ca/SE-7924LP-9-In.../dp/B000NK5VY2

I prefer the pin punch type. its more portable and you can re-sharpen. I used a block of wood behind the boot so as to not dull or damage punch.

I bought some stuff from them last year, and everything went smoothly.
