Splash gaurds?

Is it really necessary to have splash guards on the Z? I also wondered if the splash guards will effect aerodynamics of a car?

If they were necessary, they wouldn’t be optional accessories.

I’m sure they change the aerodynamics of the car. To what measurable extent is a separate issue.

I think it makes the car look even wider from the back. I am def getting the guards. I want to order from factory but I guess you can get it installed at the dealer as well??

Thumbs up

Gang,

I didn't get them when I ordered my 350 six years ago. Now I wish that I had gotten them. The way that the "Z" body rolls under the car creates an area that the rocks and road trash just loves. That area on my 350 is very badly rocked chipped now. I'll have to get the whole underside repainted if I keep the car and don't trade it for a new 370. Just my $.02

Ah, well thanks for the heads up. I know what splash guards are, but I wasn't sure if it was necessary
