Phone Book Transfer

My Android, Samson S10, will not transfer my phone book over correctly. I'm driving a 2020 370Z Sport Touring. It leaves some entry off and duplicates some others. Got a call today and it only showed a phone number on my car screen and not the name I have the number under. Any suggestions?
FYI, my phone book transfers to my wife's Chrysler Pacifica perfectly.

Go through the steps to determine phone compatibility. According to Nissan, the S10 is compatible. I've got a 2015 Sport Tech and didn't have a problem importing the phonebook.

I have a 2018 Sport Tech and a 2019 Touring Sport and have no problem with my Samsung 7 Edge or Samsung A20
