Call a tow truck. That's what insurance is for.

The only time I've ever needed the spare tire was the very first day I got the car thanks to the idiot dealer

Do NOT use fix-a-flat. Once the chemicals are in the tire, a patch or plug won't hold. Most places won't even try.
My NISMO has a spare. Never (knock on wood) had to use it, but I got it.
That reminds me, I need to check the pressure in my spare. 4 years, I've never checked it.

I would be worried, but not very worried. I've had to use mine 3 or 4 times. Most of the time I think I would have been able to manage with a portable air compressor to get me home and it would just have been annoying. But if it were worse while I was far away I would have been screwed. Pretty much no one stocks this tire size, so if I was far away with a hole in the sidewall and it wouldn't hold air, I would need to get towed a hundred miles, or by two matching tires that are the same diameter of what ever crap they have on the shelf then replace those with good tires.

While I usually carry a spare, I'm not worried about getting a flat. Tires are very rugged. Change them when they need it and your chances of getting a flat are low.

But I seldom travel to remote areas and have towing insurance, so YMMV

The cars, it's AAA. The truck. I carry a plug kit. Nothing like sticking 6 plugs in one hole while you're out in the boonies, and they hold.

When you go out in the boonies. You always have a spare tire. That's your insurance. Once you're using that spare. Your insurance is cancelled for that trail ride. Been on one ride where we had to let the one guy use our spares. 3 of them. As he blew out 3 of his tires at one time and bent 2 rims. We was going through a rock garden with baby heads and he picked a bad line through.

19" Wheels = 18" Enkei Spoke Rim Spare Tire
I Have 19" Alcoa Nissan Wheels

Spare tire needs to be close to the same circumference as tires in use. The wheel makes no difference as long as it will fit.

Just Asking The Question To Make Sure...
Base Model (18" Rims) Has 17" Pressed Steel Rim Spare
Sport Model (19" Rims) Has 18" Spoke Rim Spare

The spoke-rim spares are so the wheel clears the brakes on the Sport and NISMO models.

What are you trying to ask? The only thing that matters is matching the tire diameter. The little 17 inch spare doesn't clear the sport brakes, so that's why the sport pkg comes with the 18 inch Enkei spare.

You can always run different size rims as long as you make sure the spare tire has a sidewall profile to match the diameter of your normal wheels and tires. That's why you can run an 18 inch enkei spare with 19 inch wheels - the enkei spare has a very large sidewall profile (70 vs 30/35) to make up for the rim size difference. Likewise, the 17 inch spare has a larger sidewall profile so that it works with the 18 inch base wheels.
