My 370Z is a Lemon

Has anyone else had the same problem as me? My oil temp never really goes above 220 but it burns oil like crazy. They had to rebuild my motor once

My oil temp never really goes above 220 but it burns oil like crazy. They had to rebuild my motor once and they put a new block in a couple of months ago and it is still burning oil. My state has lemon laws but I am wondering if there is someone out there who had to turn theirs back in. Was it easy or did they try to make you keep the car? Thanks, Ryan
