Nissan 370Z marks out of 10 please
Hi guys,
Simple. 1/10 is the worst car you have ever owned, 10/10 is the greatest car ever built. Would be interesting to hear the International conscencus for the 370Z, and if there are any countries that have different viewpoints? I know suspension settings and engine output vary slightly depending on region, so perhaps that will have an influence on overall sentiment? Marks below please! Simple! N |

10 duh but my other car was a Ford Pinto - just kidding. You are going to get a biased opinion on a 370Z board if you are digging for info on what to buy but if its just out of idol curiosity the yea 10! People will also take a point off for stupid stuff like no oil cooler when they never drive the car on the track, etc....

9.3
I say that because when I was in school a 93 was the lowest A you could get. I give the car a low A. It could be higher without that ridiculous high pitched noise issue that, if you have it, can drive you insane and apparently has baffled Nissan. I give my 91 300ZXTT a 9.8. yeah, its got a couple of drawbacks but its a great car. the 370Z could be up around 9.7-9.8 if they get that noise issue fixed. I would rank both of these Zs higher than the other 3 Nissan Z cars I have owned.

All the numbers and specs are right. People say it's great. It's a GOOD car, dammit, yet I still can't form any emotional attachment to it. I'm not able to love it yet. We still haven't bonded. It feels like 'just another car' to me, albeit quite a nice, comfortable one. I mean, I haven't had it long. I'll give it another 2 points if I ever feel at one with it.

I think the road noise is the most annoying aspect of the car. The mods do help, but i hasn't grow on me yet. Awaiting a good tune and a new suspension...

6/10 if 10 is the best car ever built.
8/10 if 10 is the best car I have owned. 9.5/10 for performance for the value.

I'd say 8.5 out of 10. Excellent performance and value for the money. Nice beautiful looks, especially in yellow. Very fun to drive on the street. Can't wait for summer to go to the track. Car loses a few points due to some stupid inexcusable mistakes like lack of oil cooler, oil pressure gauge, a PROPER tire pressure monitoring system, and many BCM functions that for whatever bizzare incomprehensible reason are not easily adjustable on non-Nav equipped cars. And there are the minor annoyances like squeaks, rattles, stuck hatch, throttle/ECU whine, fuel gauge malfunction, etc... that seem to be common.

8 / 10
-1 for lack of smothness from the engine at high revs. -.5 for clanky transmission. -.5 for a somewhat ( on occasion ) notchy drivers seat. 8 / 10 I have had the car almost a year in Feb. I am just about to turn 7,000 miles. I enjoy the car, but would love a little more horses at the top end or maybe a 7th gear.

7.5 out of 10, it may rank up there with the Max which is a 9 if it gives me some trouble free years upcoming. It has given me some initial issues that I have not experienced with my prior Nissans.....
