Question - Does your car make the high-pitched ringing sound near the glove box?

I have a slight whine every now and then I will notice it. But I typically do the young guy thing and play my dam loud rock n roll!!! hehehehe

Im rocking close to 12k miles now and my car was in several peoples shops for half of last year! I love to drive this car and that love out weighs any lil annoying sound from the ECU...
