Sudden Brake failure at VIR
 

I was planning on taking my 09 370 Z with Sport Package to Skip Barber DE this year, but now I find out about sudden brake failure in high speed testing by Car and Driver at VIR with the Nismo version-with my sport package brakes.

Anyone else have this problem? Nissan is blaming the low dust brake pads (see article). I expected better than this from Nissan since the rest of the car is fantastic.
