Not saying you’re wrong, but they’re a long way off from a settlement.

They’ve only won the right to FILE a suit. Being it’s going back in front of the judge that initially dismissed it, I’d say $7 might be a high figure.

On topic though. Too little too late. Z34's are almost out n dont sell. By the time people with failures get money? They would've bought 2 more cars... and inflation will make your $1000 worthless.

so if there is a bulletin on the issue and I have not been contacted, is it safe to say that I can contact the dealer and ask if they would consider changing the part with another newer but also possible defective part?..will do it tomorrow anyways
