Exclamation Notchy shifting and feeling bumps while shifting in to gear

Hello I recently picked up a z34, when I first got it shifting was a sooth as butter but then my csc went out and I drove it to a repair shop to have it fixed, I got it back and then I noticed a week later my shifts felt as you could say notchy and as if there is sort of a bit of resistance when shifting gears, I changed the tranny fluid as soon as I could (1 month after this started to happen) and it’s gotten a bit better but I can still feel it doing it, could this be synchros or could it be something else? And if so should I worry about it or just carry on?
