Default Problem not solved...

Well, my friend and I replaced both front wheel bearings and did an oil change while under the car. The reason I replaced them was due to a "woahwoahwoahwoah"(say it really fast) sound while driving. It is pretty loud, so it NEEDS to be fixed. It is constant from low to high speeds and gets worse as speed picks up obviously. While swerving in and out, we noticed when swerving left the sound reduces, while going straight and swerving right the sound continues.
My suspicion now is maybe the tires are out of balance, or even going bad (discount tire said the fronts are good but rears should be replaced soon due to low tread). Possibly rear wheel bearings?
It sounds like it is coming from the front, however, my friend said possibly even the middle. Hopefully nothing in the drive train...Any ideas before I take it in would be appreciated. Thanks guys

I've had that before, intermittently, and always figured it was just road noise from garbage roads... could you get audio of it?

Its the tires, trust me mine are noisy as hell.

After two alignments and two balance jobs no luck.

I thought it was a wheel bearing or rear diff bearing..

Swaped all four wheels and tires - for new ones, problem solved. My noisy ones are Bridgestone with only 15k miles on them. Better on some roads than others.

Well, at least it now has two new bearings..lol. Ill look into replacing the tires, but is there a way for shops to tell if maybe it's a bent rim?

PROBLEM SOLVED 90%. I changed out the front tires and it made a HUGE difference in road noise...Remaining road noise is coming from the rear worn tires, and most likely my rotors. Will be replacing them with the Z1 sport upgrade package

Rotors generally don't make noise, but they will cause a shimmy in the steering while braking or a pulse in the brake pedal.

The Z1 two piece are pretty decent. Had mine on for about 20K miles.

I would suspect that your tires were cupping due to a tie issue, likely easier for you to google what cupped treads look like than to explain it.
