Pop it off with wheels straight, rotate it so its straight, and then pop it back on... but Id venture to guess thats probably not your issue.

I did a little googling online and found this :

"The car can be perfectly aligned to specs and have the steering wheel off center, All that has to be done is to turn the tie rod end on both sides in the same direction and amount until the steering wheel is centered and has the same amount of travel in both directions."

I'm guessing this is whats happening with my car. It may be aligned to spec as the dealership claims, but the wheel is definitely off center. I just have to find a good alignment shop in the nyc area now.

Thanks for all the help guys.

Seems like there are multiple compounding issues.

Go to a real shop. Or keep going to a dealer who cant identify the solution to your problem, ask you to "let the technician take a test drive" hoon on your car and then post another thread about how a dealership damaged your car and wont reimburse you

Yup, they asked to let the technician take it for a test drive, and then said "everything is fine and alligned, the steering wheel is centered, you just have to hold it left a little."

They were completely useless and charged me, and said if they want to fix it they'll have to start swapping parts and it'll get pricey because it wont be covered by warranty since its from a pothole.

I have done alignments a long time ago. Your steering wheel is off centered. The first time the dealer did your Z. It was one way. When you took it back the second time. They over corrected.

One thing I would do. Swap the front tires around. Left to right. Right to left. Just to check for hidden tire damage. If there is damage. It will pull. Let go of the steering wheel and it will go.
