Stowage next to spare tire

What's supposed to go here?:

On the other side of the spare is the jack. Looks likes something goes there that's supposed to be secured with the two velcro straps.

I was trying to figure out what kind of box I could put there to store a small array of tools or such. Maybe a small fishing box or something? Any help is appreciated.

Some tools that are supplied in other markets. I don't remember which ones. There's at least one thread about it on this site.
