What's supposed to go here?: On the other side of the spare is the jack. Looks likes something goes there that's supposed to be secured with the two velcro straps.

Stowage next to spare tire
What's supposed to go here?:
 On the other side of the spare is the jack. Looks likes something goes there that's supposed to be secured with the two velcro straps. I was trying to figure out what kind of box I could put there to store a small array of tools or such. Maybe a small fishing box or something? Any help is appreciated. Sincerely, Dave.
