Water settles to the bottom of the tank. The fuel pickup is on the bottom, too. If you haven't had an issue by now, you probably got away with it.

Water settles to the bottom of the tank. The fuel pickup is on the bottom, too.
If you haven't had an issue by now, you probably got away with it. As previously stated, adding alcohol will absorb the water, and mix with the gasoline. Your local hardware store will have pure methanol, in half-gallon containers. It's used in varnishing furniture. That should be enough to treat 4 or 5 tanks of gas. Kirk B. |
