HELP! Need new wheel and tire
 

A huge rock/brick on the freeway hit my wheel and i need to buy a new front rim and tire. The rim is bent on the lip and tire is cut in the side wall. Anyone know where i can get them at a good price? Is there anyway warranty will cover this?

I was offered a road hazard warranty that covered this. I guess you didn't get it?

Ummm, No....Warranty is for manufacturers defects... This would be an insurance claim

no i didnt buy any additional warranties. i just have whatever came with the car.

do you think its worth reporting to the insurance. i mean my insurance will probably go up if i report it.

EDIT: nevermind its a rear...

And sorry I would help with a tire, but I only have one extra rear tire. If you want me to sell you a used front tire (8k miles) I'll get it shipped out to you for as cheap as possible. You may be able to find a used set near you. If you don't, let me know. I'll help ya out man.

thanks a lot man. i think im gonna call the dealer tomorrow and see how much it would be for a new rim and tire. if its over $1000 i might just report it to my insurance so that way i only pay the 500 deductible. Please if anyone knows anyone selling a sport package rim let me know. i need to get this fixed asap since its my daily driver.
