Can somebody tell me what the harness that plugs into ECU? Part number?

The FSM (there are links somewhere on this site) will have details, including part numbers. Or check Courtesy Parts' web pages.

Check out the following pages in the FSM. Pages are for 2009 edition of FSM but should be close for different editions.
F101, F102, M107 Pinouts
EC-523 Terminal Layout & Physical Values
EC-541 - EC-554 Connector Pinouts

From a Q&D look, it seems there are three connectors/harnesses. YMMV
