can someone give me a guide to remove (the whole thing) the headlights?

you really need to remove the whole bumper to get the lights out?

DIY section. But a quick laydown. Unbolt cover under the car, take the push pins out of the bumper, take the 2 screws out of the fenders...remove bumper. Remove 3 bolts holding headlights in and unclip the wire...done. Took me 50mins to do outside in -25*C weather with 4 inches of snow on the ground.
