Default HELP!! Paint damaged behind door and infront of rear tires

I noticed today getting into my car that infront of both rear tires/under the rear of the doors that the paint is taking a beating. Is anyone else having this issue? The car only has 4K on it and over time, there would be no paint left. I've only driven well paved interstate/major highways mostly to work and back, so this is from the normal road grit/grime.

My first thought is to get a clear bra. What other options are available?

Also, besides respraying it, does anyone know of a band-aid fix to reverse the damage?

Couldnt get the site to embed the pics so I had to photobucket them.

Have you given it a good wash since seeing these spots? Give it a good wash and see what remains, after that a clearbra might help.

This is a normal road wear spot on a car. Especially one with widebody accents such as ours. It's normal. This is why you see ppl tape there cars here as well for the track and why some cars come stock with some type of clear bra in that same section such as the case with my Mitsu Outlander.

In those pics, its not washed, but unfortunatelly, you can catch your finger nail in the nicks and I did wipe it down with some cleaner polish wishing it was dirt at first. You really can't see it unless you have a flashlight or the sun hits it(that is how i noticed it).

+1 also, my car only has 8k on it and it's really chewed up. When I had my clar bar installed I initially did not cover this area because it never even crossed my mind. After driving in the icy/gravely roads for a few months I discovered my car looked much worse than that, so I took it back and had that area covered for about $50. Well worth it.

Yeah, if the sunlight would not have called my attention to it, I would have never seen it until it was probably too late. I'm defiantly going to look into getting some clear bra protection on that area ASAP!

Surprisingly, besides a couple small rock nicks high on the hood, my front has stayed clean, but I try to space myself from the person in front of me or make space b/w us by letting her breath

Do you think that installing a clear bra over the speckling, would it mask most of it? Like I said, just looking at it, you don't see it unless you get down there in the right angled sunlight or with my LED flashlight really made them "come to life".
