Does anyone have problems with road noise. I am partially deaf and my wife says she cannot hear while on her cell phone. Anyone notice road noise. I am looking

I am partially deaf and my wife says she cannot hear while on her cell phone. Anyone notice road noise. I am looking at FatMat Sound dampener for Hood and interior. Has anyone had this done?
