Differences on 2019 370Z
Does anyone know the differences if any between the new 2019 370Z model compaired to the 2018 370Z model? Is the exhaust system the same? Is there sound deadening material added? etc.

The changes will be in an announcement form on the site below. You probably won't here of changes till late June early July, as 2 years ago. Nissan pushed up base 370z releases from June to August. Now the base Z n Nismo come out together.

I tired to use silver on the website (Canadian) and its no longer available.

I seen and sat in the 2019 Z at ZDayZ. IT'S ALL NEW!!!!!
That's a new shade of blue and different color of stitching inside. |
Weird how the canadian site only shows the 2019 roadster and still has the 2018 base/sport
From what i gather, only difference I spotted other than the new blue is a "rearview monitor" not sure how that works without a screen, unless it shows in the actual rearview mirror? |

Where do they put the camera? above license plate? Just ordered a 2019 sport, so looking forward to seeing if anything else changed when it comes in a couple weeks |
The biggest change is the model YEAR number :roflpuke2:

The 2019 is now up on nissanusa.com. They've done away with the tech models, and added some of the audio/nav options into the other models, revived the Sport Touring designation, and fiddled with the color choices. No new improvements to the mechanicals from what I can see, although some stuff (synchro-rev match and LSD) are allocated differently across the models. I think the price has gone up too, although it's hard to tell since you can't compare apples to apples due to the model changes.

Just looked at that today; as the prices are about the same,,,also seen that no 19’s are listed in US for sale yet, a few hundred 18’s, about a hundred 17’s, a handful of 16’s & seeing 1 or 2 new 15’s listed....virtually same car,but is a great platform!

I bought my 2018 like a month ago. I love it. I know it’s an old platform but man is it a great car. Fun as hell. See her below! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...e53387b986.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...34939c1cfe.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0dbed39007.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
^Beautiful Z congratulations looks great I like the new wheels. Interesting info in this thread but not too much change has been made. I have found that the overall price of the 2018 models and 2019 models alike have went up which Nissan wants to increase value of the 370Z model platform.

Thanks! Well. It appears they have been struggling with sales lately. I’m not a finance major so I don’t see what kind of strategy they might be trying to pull by increasing pricing on the Z’s. Unless they are trying to make it a more niche product. If that’s the case I am all for it. I love that they are very rare on the street. People always stare Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

looked at it too, and the price has not changed much...
I priced out a sport package came to about 35090.. my 2012, was priced at 35685, I added to 2019, same accessorizes that I had.... Also, they have added a few thing, blue tooth, upshift indicator, that I noticed real quick.. I attached my window stickers from for my 2012.. Still priced about the same with more features...... Attachment 129487 Attachment 129488 Still a great value.... |

Yes. Definitely. I believe I missed the “upshift feature”. Don’t we have that already? A little red indicator reminding us to upshift? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

We're all Z enthusiasts here. We get it why the Z is special. Not many people buy brand new sports cars. The ones that do "such as i" are helping the moniker stay alive. If it wasn't for us new car buyers the Z would be dead...
BUT, that said... here's some related news. Nissan lost 6.3% sales margin so they're cutting production by 20% in the U.S.A. This goes back to a statement I've made on and off... When Nissan doesn't give the affordable halo some attention, they will lose their market share. Halos are so important because they give that family sedan purchaser something to look forward to. Toyota, is losing its boring rep because the supra is coming. Meanwhile Nissan cut off the sport driving turbo juke for a boring kicks. Still no Z news and companies that are paying attention to mid pack sports cars are growing. Heritage is everything. Enthusiasts make up 10% of all sales. But we are 100% the reason why people on the road consider a Nissan in the first place. It's when they are next to us at the red light that they think or say. Wow. Nissan is doing big things. You can't get that reaction in a 10 year old car. What people are saying now is. Those are nice. Can't wait to see what the next one will be like? When Nissan doesn't produce. People lose interest. https://jalopnik.com/nissan-is-slash...-20-1826384273 |

You might be right. Watch them keep redoing the same 370Z until it just slowly dies. I for one have no issues with that as I just got mine not but a month ago brand new so I am hoping to enjoy it for years to come. As long as Nissan honors the warranty we are all good . I've got a Canadian Spec 2019 on order and in transit. I'm on my 4th week of waiting.
Here are the Canadian changes for in 2019. Reverse camera with display in the mirror plus $200 on msrp on every model but base. Nissan added the Heritage edition for 2019 for $1000 over base price. Available in Yellow and Blue Freight and PDI up $200 on all models. Delete Brilliant Silver color option. 2019 nismo delete power seat and heated seat. Sent from my STV100-1 using Tapatalk |

Seeing how this is the 2nd year offering the Heritage edition; Either a brand new platform will arrive for 2020...or the Z gets deleted.
Probably a 50th Anniversary. |

Well said.... It seems Nissan is so obsessed with autonomy and EV future. They aren't caring about today's customer base. Success may not happen in that market for at least a decade. If they can't produce for today's customers? They may end up having Mitsubishi level market share, needing bailouts from Renault and Benz... smh |
Am I the only one who finds it annoying that if I want to get flipping Bluetooth in a 2019 sport model then I have to give up an LSD and Synchro-Rev-Match? WTH isn't BT standard? What year model is this again?
