On brand new paint however, unless something happened like the dealer prep swirled the paint, you really should not need a polish yet. If you did do one, I would use a finese finish polish and then wax. I love the Meguires NXT BTW.

Yea there are swirls in the paint when the sun is shinning on it. not many but i have noticed some. So i will definitely polish it.
