Nice little ragtop.
I avoid dealers personally. Selection is reduced when buying private party, but private party sales in Arizona are not subject to sales tax, which is over 8% here at a dealership. that literally can add thousands to the price. Add to that their markup and stupid "Doc Fees"..... I bought my car at 2 years old (2014 model in 2016) private party with 10k miles on the clock for $3500 under KBB. $23k cash and it was in my driveway that day without the dealership BS. That said, looks like you got a decent deal on that car. Enjoy the ride, my friend. |
Emmons is a rather unique dealer. This is the fourth car I've purchased from them over the years. (First for me. The others were for each of my kids)
Anyways, their claim to fame is the 4 Brothers that do their buying. They're really really good at finding well taken care of, clean, usually low mileage for years old, heavily depreciated cars and trucks. They don't dicker either. They post the price on their website and you buy it. Their sweetest finds last 1 or 2 days, and gone! If you go by in person, you can get maybe a 1 day headstart because it hasn't been "listed" yet. Wish there were more personally own dealers like them. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk |
