Customizations ideas
Hello everyone, So I got my 370z last year and some of you told me not to anyways, have had it a year and a few months, I love the z so much i love everything it other then the window wiper speed.....
I really want to customize it but I just have no ideas, I think I want a cool spoiler cause the stock sport one isnt all that cool, id like some ideas can I see what some of you have done? also pictures of spoilers you have gone with, thanks. Cheers!!!! |
I started a thread and posted my own pics eventually http://www.the370z.com/exterior-inte...ml#post3742278 If you're going to DIY with the spoiler OhioYJ posted some really good tips that I wish I knew prior to my install later in the thread. DAR was easy and quick to contact, they matched the color really nicely.
I also changed my exhaust twice now, just last Saturday, may I recommend

like a large portion of others. I've had it two days now and I hate to be that guy but wow spend the extra $ for it the first time unlike me. |
OP, is your search button stuck or are you having issues finding it? If your looking to modify and personalize your Z, may I suggest that you start with pink fuzzy dice, a carpeted dash overlay and some stick on fender vents preferably in chrome.

Whatever you decide to do, match things up. Don't go all over the place and Frankenstein you Z. I've seen many Zs with mismatched exterior mods unless that is what you're going for.

Read some of the build threads. That will give you an idea on what you want to do, and not. Here's my build thread. Everything in it. I took my time and researched things. And I tried to show how to do things too. http://www.the370z.com/members-370z-...o-journal.html |

my advice don't buy a damn thing until you have a plan step 1 is figuring out what your budget is step 2 is figuring how far you're willing to go mod wise step 3 is slapping yourself and REALLY thinking about how much money/effort you wanna go step 4 is going to some meets or events and talking to other owners, not just Z's, step 5 is digging through endless threads to see whats been done and what you like step 6 is picking a style you want. there's many out there. simple factory mod style to full on time attack race car to american drag racer to hellaflush stance. whichever style you pick stick to it and dont half *** it oh yeah i forgot step 0: ask yourself what you are gonna do with the car. If your car is a daily driver, then stripping it down like a race car is probably a stupid thing to do. if it's a weekend car only, then perhaps you can start chopping fenders and running negative offsets and bags with a chassis mount |
