Welcome and congrats on the purchase! The cost difference in maintenance and the car itself vs Cayman S also swayed me in the direction of the Z.

Welcome to the forum. While I am with you on keeping things simple I really do think the sports package is a steal. 245/275 rubber. vlsd, bigger brakes, and rev match for 6speed are easily worth the money.
