If you build a garage. Make twice the size you think you need. Think 24x24, make it 30x30. Think 30x30, make it 40x40. You'll fill it up pretty quick.

Additional info: Less than a year left on the loan so basically just gutting it out and trying not to think about all I could do with that extra $$.:eekdance:
