Too bad only JDM 370Zs comes equipped with these :(. Hopefully Nissan will bring them to the states some day (as you can see the keyfob just made it here :excited:)

CrownR426 12-19-2009 05:25 PM

LAME!
Y can't we get that?!

kenchan 12-19-2009 05:33 PM

yah, i just park in a normal spot like my garage where there's ample space.

Most cars in asian countries do have that feature due to the limited and tight parking spaces. But in most of the cars is done automatically once the car is turn off.

Power Retractable Side Mirrors

My Bimmer currently has Power Retractable Side Mirrors that are part of their upgrade package. I absolutely LOVE this feature, not that its really practical, but still. I always get a kick out of it when I use that function.

Is it possible to import side mirror from Japan and have them installed on Non-JDM 370z?

Is that for model 2010?

I wouldn't park somewhere I had to be concerned about tucking my mirrors. Spaces must be pretty tight in that area to have to make that a feature.
America, **** yeah.

Where can we get that new key FOB?

Chan Chee Hoe 12-20-2009 01:01 AM

My car comes with the folding mirrors, but i can't close/open by using the key fob,can anyone tell me how to programmed it.?

phelan 12-20-2009 01:42 AM

how is that keyfob different

eddieconfetti 12-20-2009 02:46 AM

The keyfob from what i heard is from 2010 model. Yeah. In asia, u really need to tuck the mirrors. spaces are so tight. If u had ur car in asia, you would be so nervous 24/7 while driving.

kdo2milger 12-20-2009 03:56 AM

what would be the benefit of having that feature?

I take it you've never seen a side mirror hacked off by some dumbass driver. Speaking of dumbasses, when I first got my Expedition a few years back, I was driving on a very tight street and my driver side mirror smacked into a parked Chevy pickup's mirror. Good thing his truck was facing mine, otherwise instead of folding his mirror I would have snapped it right off. :shakes head:

No. It's only offered on JDM fairlady Z34. That's a 09 370z.
