It's a pain dealing with the dealerships. I recently had two tires put on the rear wheels. I jacked up my car, took the wheels off, packed them in the nismo juke and brought them to the dealer. The look on the service guys face was priceless. He said he needed the VIN, I looked it up on my phone and gave it to him. I told him, "my car does not leave my sight unless absolutely necessary".

So, if it is a reputable Nissan dealer, you should receive an email survey about your experience as well. I even got one for my wheels, making sure my service was satisfactory.

4 dealers within a 50 mile radius and ALL of them have done something shady, whether it be sales or service. I love Nissan but their sales and servicing people are horrible.

He says “ Go ahead, they are just gonna send you right back here.” I said we'll see about that! Luckily I knew just where to find him. Well after talking to the GM for 20 min or so he starts trying to talk down the situation saying well your still alive right?!HA!! WTF, Am I losing my mind here!!! Saying it’s just not possible that I could have died in a car accident due to their mechanics negligence. He tries to say it’s not so terrible what happened but he wants to keep all his customers happy. And he’s gonna look into everything and do his best to make it right. Gonna call me tomorrow. I hope to god he does the right thing at give me some kind of decent reconciliation. Still pissed!
You better call Nissan Corporate at this point! Totally unacceptable! Reminds me of when my brand new 1989 Nissan 240sx was recalled for a timing chain tensioner. All they had to do was replace it. I picked up the car and it was leaking oil like a sib, the timing was way off, and the car was filthy inside and out. I took it back the next day and they stand there with a straight face and tell me cars are supposed to leak oil. What?!?!?!? I tell him I could have bought a used car for a fraction of the cost would not have leaked oil, fix it! I pick up the car the next day and it still leaks oil and now the cassette player doesn't work because there was tape all tangled up in there! I called Nissan Corporate, they took my report and told me to take the car back, they will fix it right this time. I tell them I don't want to take it to that dealership but they say I must if I want their damages fixed. So I go and the Service Manager is there to greet me, he personally guarantees it will be fixed, washed, detailed and good as new. I pick up the car the next day and it looks amazing, no leaks, new tape player and the dealer GM is there to hand me the keys. I hate taking my car to a dealer! You need to call Corporate Nissan now!!

Of course the a-hole GM has not gotten back with me. So I’ve been getting all my information/facts together so I can be accurate when speaking to corporate. I imagine they will ask me what I want or how they can fix the situation. So the z is working ok now, and I have 3 key fobs and $100 from them now. I would ask for a complete refund for all parts and work done ($1500) I don’t think that’s gonna happen. What do you think is reasonable?

I think asking for a complete refund for parts/labor ($1500) is totally reasonable. You almost died due to their error. Ask corporate for what you'd like and see what they say. I've dealt with Nissan Corporate before. I doubt you'll be satisfied with the end result, but at least you tried.
