Question about Dealership Sale..

Of course it is your responsibility because the damage occurred while it was in your possession.

Keep in mind that they can hold off the registration of your new car until this is resolved.

Not sure how much damage it has in term monetary term. If it is in the thousands, the dealer will sue you for sure.
