The 2013 Porsche Boxster S is overall a expensive vehicle to maintenance and parts are very expensive for them also. All the maintenance services and trips to the Porsche service department will dollar you to death lol. I would opted to sell your Porsche. Overall the Nissan 370Z is a reliable/dependable sports car to own, have good resale value as Porsche vehicles do as well, parts are alittle cheaper, and are enjoying to modify/upgrade. You should keep your Nissan 370Z. Sell your Porsche Boxster S. Do some modifications to your 370Z and enjoy driving it! www.ebaymotors.com www.autotrader.com. www.cars.com

I'm guessing the BS will fetch more money and the Z in the long run will cost less in maintenance. If that's a consideration, sell the Boxster. If money is not a factor in the equation for you, keep the Boxster. Either way you can't go wrong and good luck in your choice.

I like both cars in different ways. I think the BS is more of a "complete" package in terms of performance and comfort. The Z is a bit more practical because it is a hard top. You are correct about the selling price is not that relevant to me.
Also, looks like the Z won out for now:

I have decided to sell the BS for now.

You are correct. Just listed the BS and see what happens.

My CFO has a Boxter-S, and I get to see that lustful glance at my Z every morning.

He even admits of his Boxter "It's just another Porsche, which is like just another BMW or Corvette or Mustang or Camaro - you won't pass yourself a half dozen times getting to work in that 370Z."

And he's right.

Having rolled 2 cars on the street... I would never own a convertible. Sell the Boxster.
