Where can I buy this? Or do I need to buy a whole new fuel basket or something?

You need to replace the OEM regulator? It is built into the basket and I do not believe it is a serviceable item (i.e. it can not be easily removed and replaced from the basket). I think you'll need to replace the basket in this case.

This is the ongoing issue post I am having Jayhovah. You can take a look if you like. Started out as MAF codes and has progressed beyond the point that I feel nissan is only crap shooting ideas at it.
