Car isn't starting.

So my z just out of the blue wouldn't start this morning and I'm unsure as to why. It tries to crank for a second then just completely stops. Would like some info/help from you guys.

Here's a video of what was happening.

Do you have a multimeter to check the battery charge? Do you have a trickle charger you can use to boost it?

Obviously the battery. You can tell right away from the weak sounding start attempt and the dash goes out. Have you had the battery for around 7 years? Yep, time for a new one.

Not sure lol bought it used. But I will most likely get a new one. What is a recommended brand?

I'd just get one from Costco. If this was a motorcycle battery we were talking about I'd say a Lithium Iron battery because they weigh nothing. Lithium Iron for cars are just wayyy too expensive still. Anyways, Costco Lead Acid batteries are good and will last you about 8 years if treated right.

You may also want to check your battery terminals too. I had a Honda that had the positive terminal come loose and was just kinda sitting on the battery post.

Ok, the battery was bad, so i got a new one. She starts like a champ now! Thanks for the help guys.
