Is this a write off?

I'd say totaled.. Browse thru my album, I had a similar wreck w/ similar damage. They totaled it because they didn't wanna do the piece and match parts once frame

They totaled it because they didn't wanna do the piece and match parts once frame was straightened , if they were going to straighten it, but never did. Gurps likes this.
